To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
- Exclusions: Due to manufacturer restrictions, mobile phones, tablets, and electronics cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been activated or used.
2. Service Fees & Logistics
We offer pickup services for returns, subject to the following location-based fees:
- Within Muscat: A return service fee of OMR 1.500 applies.
- Outside Muscat: A return service fee of OMR 2.000 applies.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original return shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Timeline
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
