Return & Exchange Policy

At mbay, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to help you with a smooth return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • Exclusions: Due to manufacturer restrictions, mobile phones, tablets, and electronics cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been activated or used.

2. Service Fees & Logistics

We offer pickup services for returns, subject to the following location-based fees:

  • Within Muscat: A return service fee of OMR 1.500 applies.
  • Outside Muscat: A return service fee of OMR 2.000 applies.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original return shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • WhatsApp/Support: Reach out to us via our official customer support channels.
  • Inspection: Once we receive the item and verify it is in its original condition, we will move forward with your request.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
