- Return & Exchange Eligibility:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
- The product must remain unopened and in its original packaging.
- Mobile phones, tablets, and other electronics are not eligible for return or exchange once activated or used.
- Return & Exchange Process:
- Muscat: A return fee of OMR 1.500 applies.
- Outside Muscat: A return fee of OMR 2.000 applies.
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via our customer support or WhatsApp.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.
- Important Note:
- Products that have been opened, used, or activated cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
